Cannindah Launches Major Diamond Drilling Program at Southern Porphyry Target
Cannindah Resources has officially commenced a 10,000-metre Phase 1 diamond drilling campaign at its highly prospective Southern Porphyry Target within the Mt Cannindah Project in Queensland. The drilling program is focused on testing the scale and depth potential of what could become a significant copper-gold porphyry system.
The first hole is extending a previously successful RC drill hole that intersected strong copper-equivalent mineralisation. Management believes the earlier drilling may have only touched the upper portions of a much larger mineralised body, making the current campaign a potentially transformational event for the company.
The target area already shows strong geophysical and geochemical signatures, including copper, gold, and molybdenum anomalies, supporting the potential for a world-class discovery.
With approximately $17 million in cash reserves, Cannindah remains well funded to aggressively pursue exploration while simultaneously expanding its existing mineral resource base.
