Resolution Minerals Completes Mill Acquisition to Fast-Track U.S. Critical Minerals Production

Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX: RML; OTCQB: RLMLF) has completed its acquisition of the Johnson Creek Tungsten & Antimony Mill in Idaho, USA, securing a major strategic asset directly adjacent to its Horse Heaven Project. This milestone marks a significant step toward establishing near-term production of critical minerals like tungsten and antimony amid rising global demand and supply chain pressures.

The acquisition includes:

The Johnson Creek processing mill and associated infrastructure.

Approximately 2,000 tonnes of historic tungsten ore stockpiles from the former Golden Gate Mine.

Industrial water rights, electrical infrastructure, workshop facilities, storage, and staff accommodation across ~25 acres of private land.

A strategic operational base right next to the Horse Heaven Project.

These assets provide Resolution with a ready-made processing platform, eliminating the need to build new infrastructure from scratch and potentially accelerating its path to production. The acquisition also situates the company well in the forecasted push for U.S. domestic supply of strategic minerals amid supply disruptions and elevated tungsten prices.

Resolution plans to focus next on engineering assessments, metallurgical testing of stockpiles, drilling programs, and advancing permitting and offtake discussions to move toward production and government partnerships.
