Resolution Minerals Launches $2.25M Capital Raise to Advance Horse Heaven Copper-Gold Project

Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX: RML) has announced a $2.25 million capital raise through a non-renounceable rights issue, aimed at funding exploration activities at its promising Horse Heaven copper-gold project in Arizona, USA. This move marks a strategic push into one of the most mineral-rich regions in North America.

The offer is structured as a 2-for-3 entitlement issue at $0.007 per share, giving eligible shareholders a chance to increase their stake at a discount. The funds raised will primarily go toward geophysical surveys, drilling programs, and advancing resource definition at the Horse Heaven site.

Horse Heaven is strategically located in a Tier-1 mining jurisdiction with proximity to significant infrastructure, including roads, power, and processing facilities. The project holds strong potential for both porphyry-style copper mineralisation and high-grade gold.

Managing Director Christine Lawley emphasized the company’s focus on unlocking shareholder value by investing in high-impact exploration in underexplored, yet prospective, regions. The capital raise also demonstrates Resolution’s commitment to progressing its US-based portfolio at pace.

With global demand for copper and gold surging amid clean energy transitions and inflation hedging, Resolution Minerals’ Horse Heaven project presents a compelling opportunity for growth and discovery.
