Terra Metals Expands High-Grade Titanium at Dante Project
Terra
Metals Limited (ASX: TM1) has unveiled new drilling results from the Dante
Project, confirming extensive, thick, high-grade titanium mineralisation at
Reef 1 North. The strike length now extends to 4.2 km from surface, reinforcing
the project's large-scale potential. The latest assays also indicate strong
concentrations of copper, platinum group metals (PGMs), and vanadium, further
enhancing Dante’s
status as a world-class polymetallic system. Additional drill results from
Reef 2 are pending, with further discoveries anticipated.
Managing
Director and CEO, Thomas Line, expressed optimism over the findings,
highlighting the consistency of high-grade
mineralisation and the promising growth trajectory of the project.
Furthermore, drilling at the Cronus Deeps
prospect has uncovered a unique 407.7m-thick mafic taxite and pegmatite
unit, revealing a significant mineralised contact zone with palladium, gold,
titanium, and vanadium-bearing magnetite layers.
Dante’s
geological setting within the Jameson Layered Intrusion is analogous to
South Africa’s Bushveld Complex, the world's largest source of PGMs and
vanadium. With only two of the seven mapped reefs drill-tested, the project's upside
potential remains massive.
Looking
ahead, Terra
Metals is continuing exploration with additional drilling at Reef 2 and further
shallow drilling at Cronus. With rising global demand for titanium,
vanadium, and copper, Dante is emerging as a strategically significant
critical minerals project. Investor interest has surged, with trading
volume peaking at 1.3 million shares on March 4, 2025. The Company’s
long-term outlook remains strong as further assay results are expected.
